Yes we do! At MEKA, we understand that many schools and organizations prefer to use purchase orders for their purchases. We’re happy to accommodate!

How to Submit a Purchase Order

You can email your purchase orders to us at kelsey@mekasensoryplay.com.

If your school or district requires a W-9 before issuing a purchase order, please let us know, and we’ll provide it promptly.

Information to Include in Your Purchase Order

Your purchase order should include:

  • An itemized list of the product names and desired quantities.
  • A signature confirming authorization to place the order.

If your organization is tax-exempt, please include a copy of your tax-exempt letter or form for our records.

First-Time Orders

If this is your first time purchasing from MEKA, we will need to set up an account for your organization before fulfilling your order. When submitting your first purchase order, please include the following details:

  • Name of Organization
  • Contact Name
  • Contact Email Address
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Billing/Shipping Address
  • Type of Organization (e.g., public, charter, private, virtual, hybrid)

Are MEKA products safe for children?

MEKA products are all tested for the highest standards of safety and quality. We meet or exceed all U.S. Safety Standards for children's products, including ASTM & CPSC.

What is the age range for your products?

All of our products are intended for ages 12 months +. Adult supervision is required at all times. Loose parts and smaller pieces can be a choking hazard, purchase and play at your own risk.
