Includes a small amount of castor-oil-derived esters and ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer for added softness and resilience. Small size Florescence: made from durable PVC with a sealed, non-toxic water-based gel interior. Features glow-in-the-dark phosphorescent powder and floating plastic sea creatures. The base includes an anti-slip rubber backing for safe play on any surface.
